Registration and Invitation Letter

The conference is coming.
For conference registration, invitation letter issuance, fee/payment, and hotel room reservation, we will utilize an online service provided by the PCO for ICLASS 2024. The registration system link can be found at the bottom of this page.
Currently, the registration information survey and invitation letter issuance service are available online. Attendees requiring an invitation letter in advance can apply through the system, and we will promptly approve the application. An electronic invitation letter will be sent to the provided email address upon approval. Please note that once generated, the invitation letter cannot be modified through the system. For any modifications, please contact for assistance.
The payment portal is expected to be available around mid-April. At that time, you will be surveyed on your preferences for online/on-site participation, hotel room requirements, excursion attendance, meal preferences, etc., through the online portal. If you require assistance with arrangements in advance, please feel free to reach out, and we will endeavor to coordinate accordingly.

Fee Adjustment

Understanding the challenges posed by factors such as high travel expenses and schedule uncertainties, which may have dampened the interest in attending the conference onsite, the Local Organizing Committee engaged in thoughtful discussions. In response, we are pleased to announce the following decisions aimed at better accommodating the needs of potential attendees and fostering increased participation:

Registration Fee Discount for International Students:
Students facing high international travel expenses will be eligible for a registration fee discount. If the round-trip flight cost from the home country to China exceeds USD 1,500 (after deducting other travel sponsorships), a USD 300 discount will be applied to the registration fee. To qualify, students must provide documentation and receipts reflecting the actual cost of the flight. For example, if a student registers with the early bird rate of USD 650, the adjusted registration fee would be USD 350.
Hybrid Conference and Switching Between the Two Modes:
The conference will be hosted in a hybrid form, allowing participants to choose between online and on-site attendance. Participants may switch their registration type from on-site to online up to two weeks before the conference's first day. In such cases, the difference (USD 200) between the on-site and online registration fees will be fully refunded. For example, if an attendee initially registers at USD 900, but he/she switches to attend online before May 31, 2024, then USD 700 will be refunded without transaction fee.

The discount or refund will be returned to the account of the payee within two weeks after the end of the conference.
